Survey and specification

Our expert team will visit the site to complete a preliminary survey, capturing enough information about the existing system and environment, so that our design team can interpret this accurately into their new LED designs. The next step is to specify the right product from the thousands we have available to use from our accredited manufacturers and suppliers. The final element is to create a detailed energy analysis which will outline the proposed energy savings and payback period.

This process establishes the base viability, scale, possibilities and areas of primary focus within your project. The specification will not only then bring down energy running costs but it will also reduce maintenance costs, enhance the light levels and create a longer lasting environmentally friendly solution.

Design and deployment

Our accredited designers can portray basic, enhanced or 3D simulated models of the finished project through the Relux design programme. This can provide an invaluable insight into the finished project, by providing detailed analysis our specified products and the environment in which they will be installed. We always design to CIBSE recommendations and calculate our results in a worst case scenario environment, so that we can always have the upmost confidence in the results when they are realized.

As a turnkey solution provider, the installation element of the project is considered from the very first stage of the engagement. It is important that we look at this in detail because in almost all circumstances the product selection process is influenced by the ease by which the products can be installed. This is a vital important part of the engineering process and one which if ignored dramatically impact the deployment. Elements within our focus are installation efficiencies, health and safety, communication/reporting, waste management and site disruption. All of our solutions are deployed by one of our experienced project managers under an appropriate Health and Safety regime.

Service and maintenance

LYNXled will provide a standard 5-year warranty on products, backed by a minimum of a one-year workmanship warranty for every project. In most cases however, we can work more specific and tailored aftercare requirement into a bespoke service level agreement.

Our service levels agreements are individually tailored to you and the entire project, for a fixed period of time. Our ability to do this comes when a turnkey solution is delivered, we will stand by our designs and installation in a way which adds best value to you.
